The frustration: smaller businesses have exactly the same problems — clunky workflows, software that almost fits, subscriptions stacked on subscriptions — but none of them could afford a custom build. That maths has changed. A senior designer with AI in the loop can now do what used to take a whole team, which puts bespoke software back within reach.
